Install Crew Lead​

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Install Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate landscape installation projects focused on sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure high-quality workmanship, and promote ecological landscape practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape installation crew members.
- Plan and coordinate daily installation tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Implement ecological and sustainable landscape practices, including native planting, water conservation & habitat creation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Assist in site assessments, material selections, and installation planning.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring they are used and stored properly.
- Mentor crew members to improve skills and promote eco-friendly techniques.
- Ensure work quality standards are met and project specifications are followed.

Qualifications
- 2 years experience in landscape installation, preferably with a focus on ecological or native landscapes.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices, native plants, and ecological principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience installing natural stone hardscape, rain gardens, bioswales, or other ecological landscape features.
- Certifications in landscape management, horticulture, or sustainable landscaping.

 

Hours & Benefits 

- Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm

- $25 per hour starting

- Full health, dental & vision insurance post 3 month probationary period

- Bi-annual employee evaluations for increase job opportunities & pay

- 2 weeks paid vacation

- Provided uniform needed for install work
