Lake Whatcom HIP

Nearly 20,000 sqft of lawn was converted to native planting areas though the use of Bellingham's Home Owner Incentive Project. Roof downspouts were disconnected and rerouted into a dry creek bed that leads to three separate infiltration trenches to evenly disperse stormwater runoff. We also installed a fenced garden using reclaimed lumber from on site.
