Installation of an electric barrel sauna kit installation from Nootka Saunas. This is a 6x8' model with custom metal roof. All cedar construction and super quiet electric stove that heats up to 195 degrees in 15 mins. Comfortable seating for 4 people, but can fit up to 6 at a time.

Over 5,000 sqft. of lawn was converted to native plantings with a stone access path leading to an existing garden. Native plant species that attract pollinators were prioritized and located around an existing fruit trees.

Design & installation of new front yard retaining wall to maximize level space and reduce lawn maintenance. A low wood fence helps screen traffic and pedestrians while maintaining views from inside them home. New plantings increase privacy and reduce street noise.

Though the Homeowner Incentive Program, or HIP of Whatcom County homeowners are reimbursed by the City or County to remove lawn and replace it with native plants & mulch to protect water quality. At this site we converted over 3,500 sqft of lawn to native landscaping and installed a stone maintenance path.
